合肥濱湖國(guó)際會(huì)展中心是合肥市人民政府、合肥市濱湖新區(qū)建設(shè)投資有限公司、合肥市重點(diǎn)工程建設(shè)管理局共同投資建設(shè)的大型公共事業(yè)性項(xiàng)目，位于合肥市濱湖新區(qū)，占地58.62萬㎡，總建筑面積約33.28萬㎡。一期建筑面積約17.96萬㎡，包括6個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展廳、登錄大廳、主展館及其所在的長(zhǎng)廊,可設(shè)置4600個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位；室內(nèi)展場(chǎng)面積9.1萬㎡，室外展場(chǎng)面積1.55萬㎡；會(huì)議區(qū)面積1.5萬㎡，包括多個(gè)能容納100-400人會(huì)議室及大型800-1200人大廳會(huì)場(chǎng)。共有地下停車位1000個(gè)，地面周邊臨時(shí)停車位4000多個(gè)。待二期1#、2#、3#、4#館建成后，濱湖國(guó)際會(huì)展中心室內(nèi)展覽面積將達(dá)14萬㎡，可滿足各種類型展會(huì)需求。

       合肥濱湖會(huì)展中心距合肥高鐵站僅6公里，至新橋國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)30分鐘車程，有地鐵一號(hào)線經(jīng)過，周邊高架連接市區(qū)與高速公路出入口，交通便捷。

Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center is a large public project jointly invested by Hefei People’s Government, Hefei Binhu New District Construction Investment Co.,Ltd and Hefei Key Engineering Construction Administration. Located in Binhu New Area, Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center covers a land of 58.62 hectares, with a total construction area of about 332,800 square meters. The construction area of the first phase project is about 179,600 square meters, including a registration hall, a main exhibition hall and six standard exhibition halls, which can accommodate 4,600 standard booths in total. The indoor exhibition area is 91,000 square meters, the outdoor 15,500 square meters, the convention area 15,000 square meters and the usable area 2,100 square meters. The convention area houses several meeting halls or meeting rooms with seating capacities from 100 to 400 people and meeting halls which can accommodate 800 to 1200 people. The exhibition halls are equipped with a parking lot that can provide 1,000 stalls for cars and there are more than 4,000 temporary parking stalls on the ground. After the full completion of hall 1,2,3,4 of the second phase, the indoor exhibition area will reach 140,000 square meters, which can satisfy various exhibition needs.

Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center is only 6 kilometers away to the high-speed railway Hefei Station and 20 minutes to Hefei Xinqiao International Airport. Moreover, there is subway line 1 and the viaduct connects the downtown to the expressway. The traffic system is convenient.
